All plots are freely available for the purpose of constructing an individual detached villa on two floors, plus roof terrace, and basement if required (which does not commute in the building volume of the house). A swimming pool is also permitted.

The plot prices include all costs related to the infrastructure of the urbanisation, such as all landscaping, streets, pavements, drainage, sewage, lighting, communal swimming pool and gardens, etc., all of which is completed in the first three phases.

FREEHOLD TITLE DEEDS are available immediately as well as FULL PLANNING PERMISSION, subject only to presenting the final house project and plans to the provincial College of Architects and the local town hall. The plots are sold on a freehold bases and there is no time limitation in terms of constructing a villa. Please note that the prices of all plots are subject to 18% IVA (VAT), notary and land register inscription charges.

Upon purchasing a plot and later deciding to construct your home, we can introduce you to our architects who have already designed two types of detached houses for this phase, which can be altered or modified if necessary, to suit your exact needs. Click on the link "Second Phase Plans" on the left to view these. Furthermore, we can also provide building estimates for the complete project and offer project management if needed.
